A Superb Queenstown Wedding Venue

For many years we have enjoyed helping couples celebrate a perfect wedding day.
A ideal venue for the small Civil Union through to a large reception of 100 - 120 people.

Pawan and Delia were married here in Febuary with 85 guests attending.

With the beautiful setting of river and mountains, and lovely areas in the garden for your photographs, what could be a more idyllic wedding location in Queenstown. If the weather does not allow this, a candle lit ceremony in the sitting room can be just as lovely.

We offer a complete wedding package, which covers all the essentials, so leave the stressful planning to us and come to Trelawn for fun and romance.

Wedding Package at $1800 incl GST.

This is especially designed for the small intimate , possibly out of town bride, that wants everything taken care of.

It includes the legal papers, celebrant of your choice, selected colour photos mounted in an album (including a disc of all photos), a small cake, bridal bouquet and buttonhole of your choice, and bubbly to toast, Trelawn will still operate as normal with this type of wedding, and accommodation can be added if required.

A deposit of $500 is required to confirm a booking

Exclusive Use of Trelawn including accommodation.

First night $2650, extra nights $1700 incl GST

This is desirable for larger functions where Trelawn cannot operate as normal. This package provides Bed and Breakfast for 10 people, in 5 king ensuite rooms (extra persons, up to 4, $60 per person B+B) with complete use of the grounds, with spacious lawn and all the garden furniture, tables, umbrellas, seven 3m by 3m canvas gazebos, one 3m by 6m gazebo ideal for the bar, barbeques, flares, outdoor fires, sound system and covers such incidentals such as toilet facilities, power and water and parking for approx 25 cars. There are no hidden costs.

For large functions that will go late into the evening the hire of Porta loos would be a good idea. Trelawn can provide 3 braziers for comfort and atmosphere. Trelawn has a 9m by 6.5m Marquee for hire ($600), ideal for the cooler evenings.

For those that would like to have their photos taken on the tops of the mountains. Trelawn has a Heli pad.

Wedding Venue Hire $850

This maybe appropriate for functions that do not require accommodation, and that vacate the property by 6pm. Trelawn offers you the opportunity to BYO drinks.

It provides use of the gardens and includes the use of chairs for 70, and several oval tables, seven 3m by 3m canvas gazebos, one 3m by 6m gazebo ideal for the bar, Umbrellas, barbeques, Sound System suitable of the size of the garden. Water, Power and toilet facilities etc. Waiting staff extra if required.

We are able to assist you in finding your Celebrant, Florist, Hair stylist, Photographer, Musician, Caterer etc. Saving you the expense of a Wedding coordinator.

Last Months wedding comments.

My name is Phoebe and my partner Michelle and I stayed with Nery and Micheal for 10days. We were there to celebrate our civil union with our family and friends, so we decided to book the whole of Trelawn Place. From beginning to end, booking over a year ago to the day we said goodbye, our hosts were close to being our second parents. They cared for our every need; our rooms were clean and tidy every day; woken to smiles and a hearty breakfast; sunshine and a view to die for. We chose Trelawn because of its beauty and serenity. But most of all we wanted our family and friends to go away feeling; this is something special and never to be forgotten. And, Nery and Micheal, we achieved our goal. Everyone wants to come back. Queenstown is an amazing place; one in a million, but we forget that it is the people who live and work there who make our memories of our lifetime. Michelle and I want to thank you both for making our dream come true. Oh must'nt forget Sarah and Rusty...(the corgies) just that taste of home..
So, my family and wedding party stayed with us and we were accommodated by our hosts; we had two large BBQ evenings; our ceremony and venue was there; our after events were there and our absolute privacy to relax and be family was always there.
